My recommendation would be to look up green smoothies online, try out some basic recipes for a month, live see if you don’t feel better. We both now drink them for breakfast on most mornings as a replacement for whatever we ate before. Take your basic delicious smoothie and add some greens. On the flip side, this may be a way of encouraging readers to be more experimental with their green smoothies.
