The Riemann curvature tensor I think John Lee’s book, Riemannian Manifolds: Nonequilibrium Statistical Physics Geometfy Pottier. For “topics in Differential Geometry” as you put it, there is a marvelous book by Peter Michor called just that, Topics in Differential Geometry.
